Semi-retired, but still very much part of the team, Christine works from home and covers busy weekends in the summer. She specialises in finances and taxes!

With over 15 years at HomeCarePM, primarily focused on operations, Jenna is based in the office and plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the business. She supports all aspects of the company, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Now based in the UK, Courtney oversees our Sales and Guest Services team while also leading our marketing efforts and system development. She stays closely connected with the team through regular video calls, always available to manage, support, and guide as needed.

Fluent in Spanish and originally from Wales, Samantha makes it easy for new owners to join us with confidence and clarity. Her friendly approach helps guide owners smoothly through the sign-up process.

Louise is a great asset to the company, ensuring new properties are onboarded smoothly with great attention to detail, making everyone else’s job easier.

Born and raised locally, Sergio manages our long-term rentals, handling everything from tenant sourcing to ongoing support – all with local know-how and bilingual expertise.

Energetic and focused, Sara leads our busy Operations team – including maintenance and property inspectors – with fitness-level stamina!

Originally from Portugal, Ana brings multilingual skills and efficiency to our operations. Known for her expertise in troubleshooting and handling insurance claims, she’s also famous for starting her well-earned long weekends early—on Fridays!

Sandra is a key member of our Operations Team and has been with us since returning from the UK, where she spent several years. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she brings excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and is our go-to expert on all things related to Spanish bureaucracy for short-term rentals—nothing gets past her!

Our longest-serving team member, Ralph is originally from the Netherlands and speaks Dutch, English, and Spanish. He handles monthly, inventory, and seasonal inspections, and is always ready to lend a hand whenever needed. He doesn’t eat birthday cake… but we love him anyway.

Working part-time, Caroline has been a valuable asset to the company. She conducts monthly and annual property inspections and is always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

New to the team but already indispensable, Louiza is bilingual and responsible for all types of inspections – and the (very important!) key management.

Based on the coast for many years, Dawn leads our housekeeping team—especially during the exceptionally busy summer months. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she was born in Cyprus and, having traveled extensively as a child, speaks without a noticeable accent.

Part-time and fully committed, Blanca brings bilingual support and valuable experience to the housekeeping team.

Originally from Scotland, Steven coordinates all maintenance jobs with a smile—and a strong Scottish accent to match. He’s also our go-to expert for painting and decorating, bringing skill and precision to every project.

Glenn is a proud Manchester United fan who plays a key role in keeping our properties in top condition. His attention to detail and hands-on approach make him a valued part of the team.

Part-time but full of impact – Mike ensures we can respond quickly to issues over the weekend with excellent results.

Leading a small team, Nieves provides multilingual support to guests before, during, and after their stay. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.

Scottish-born and quickly learning Spanish, Susan is known for her helpful nature—and for completing a full year of daily running! She’s also the friendly face behind our growing owner's guests department.

New to the team but not the area, Eleanor is super efficient and always ready to help. She speaks excellent Spanish and is one of the office’s ultra-running enthusiasts!

Matthew oversees our holiday rental platforms, managing bookings and supporting property owners when needed. He’s the voice behind guest enquiries—answering questions before arrival, helping to resolve issues during their stay, and responding to reviews once the holiday’s over. Originally from London, Matthew has lived here since his early adulthood and also speaks Spanish fluently.

A familiar face who returned after a break, Helen is a native Spanish speaker fluent in English and French – and often your first point of contact.

From invoicing and rental income to debt collection, Kylie handles it all with care and precision. Originally from England, she’s called Spain home—on and off—for over 16 years. Always ready to assist guests and support her teammates, Kylie is a reliable and valued member of the team.
