At the foot of the La Concha mountain, surrounded by nature yet only a 10 mins scenic drive to Puerto Banus is the lovely development of Balcones Del Lago. This modern, south west facing 2 bed duplex penthouse offers stunning views across the Istán lake to the Mediterranean and Gibraltar from all of the terraces including the large roof top solarium with its back

The apartment is entered on the middle floor and brings you into the wonderfully spacious lounge/dining area which opens out onto a 45m2 terrace overlooking the lake to the sea. Also on this floor you have a fully fitted kitchen, the second bedroom with double bed and Juliet balcony with views to the pretty and colourful gardens, and the second bathroom with walk in shower.
The master bedroom and bathroom are very private as they are located downstairs and the bedroom has its own terrace of 12m2 with sea views, a separate dressing area and the bathroom has a shower unit over the bath.
