The northeast-facing terrace overlooks the golf course and features a comfortable lounge seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day out.

Please note that construction work is taking place behind the communal pool, very close to the apartment. Several cranes are visible, and noticeable noise may be heard while work is underway.
