This beautiful, brand new 2 bedroom apartment is located in the western region of the Costa del Sol in Bahia Las Rocas, close to Sotogrande and offers stunning views over the valley down to the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar.
The complex offers a communal infinity swimming pooland a childrens play area. There is also a small gym on the complex There is easy access to the beach via a road passing under the main road directly to Chullera beach, noted as one of the best beaches in this area.
This 2nd floor apartment is arranged over one floor and is tastefully decorated and furnished with exceptional quality furniture and fittings. It offers a sunny terrace off the lounge and a large roof terrace, both giving breathtaking views to the sea. The lounge terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, gas BBQ and sofas to relax and enjoy the views and sun. The spiral staircase takes you to the roof terrace which is also furnished with a large sofa and sun loungers.
The open plan kitchen/lounge offers a contemporary style lounge with large Smart TV offering International channels and free WiFi. The lounge has large patio doors to access the south-west facing terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen benefits from a large island unit which can be used as a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is fitted with a Super King size Bed and benefits from an en suite shower room and built in wardrobes. The guest bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, which can be zipped together to make a super king size bed. This bedroom has use of a guest bathroom fitted with a bath with overhead shower unit. There is also a third room furnished as an office with chaise lounge and desk.

Sabinillas, located between Casares and Duquesa, has grown from a fishing village into a bustling town, yet has managed to maintain its village atmosphere, making it a popular place for holidays and draws many holiday goers year round. It also enjoys a welcoming, international expat community. The village benefits from an underpass for traffic travelling along the coast and also has a lovely 2km seafront promenade to enjoy a walk in the sunshine and stop and enjoy a fantastic fish and seafood meal. The town offers many plazas or squares and municipal gardens offering a real taste of Spain, and is a host to many pavement cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and every day amenities along the Avenida Manilva. Sabinillas hosts weekly markets and rastros to visit and enjoy the whole Spanish experience.
The expansive stretches of beach along this western part of the Costa del Sol include some coveted Blue Flag beaches and offer a more rural and tranquil beach experience. The local fishermen still use the beach to launch and land their boats and bring in their haul of the day.
