This modern 3 bedroom apartment is located in the secure gated complex of Ivy Residence in Nueva Andalucía, close to Puerto Banús. The apartment has access to the communal pool and offers a parking space in the underground parking. The beach and port of Puerto Banus are located just 2km away, where you will find an abundance of designer shops, bars and restaurants. There is a choice of 3 golf courses close by, the nearest being 3.5km away. There is also access to a large supermarket 850m from the complex. The apartment offers free WIFI, shutters in the bedrooms and has hot & cold vented aircon.

Nueva Andalucia is located just beside the famous Puerto Banus, west of Marbella. The whole area is known for its luxury and has many amenities making it perfect for any kind of holiday. For the golf lovers there are many courses right on the doorstep. The Bullring is ‘entrance’ to Nueva Andalucia and on Saturdays there is an open air market where the bargain hunters can roam for hours in the plethora of local items on offer. There is a large casino, commercial centre, the large El Corte Ingles department store and of course the Port where there are more designer shops and star rated restaurants to explore. Nueva Andalucía is ideally situated just a few minutes’ drive from the glitz and glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banús, but still very close to the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.

The luxury marina of Puerto Banus offers all you can imagine of this popular location. From shopping in the many exclusive designer outlets and dining in some excellent restaurants, to beach parties, nightclubs and boat trips. Although Puerto Banús is most famous for its nightlife, it is a great place to visit during the day with long stretches of beach dotted with all different styles of beach bars. It also offers a cinema showing films in original version.


San Pedro is a great mix of traditional architecture and culture, modern sports facilities with padel courts and gyms and a myriad of unique and chain shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The main street through the centre of San Pedro is pedestrianised and covers the motorway tunnel, making it a safe and pleasant environment with no main road passing through it. A pleasant walk is from the centre of San Pedro town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes.

It is just 750m away from the beach and the closest restaurant is less than 100m.
