The complex offers a large communal swimming pool and secure underground parking. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Elviria commercial centre, and 5 minutes more to the lovely beaches in this area.
This apartment is furnished to a high standard with marble floors and benefits from hot and cold A/C throughout and has free WiFi. The spacious lounge/diner is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads onto the large, curved terrace that enjoys both south and west facing views. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped.

On water, the Aqua Arena water park takes residence during the summer months with slides, rides and great activity for all. On land the Aventura Amazonia offers tree-top walks and zip lines to excite and exhilarate.
