It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Elviria commercial centre, and 5 minutes more to the lovely beaches in this area.

The spacious lounge/diner is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads onto the large, curved terrace that enjoys both south and west facing views.
