This three bedroom apartment is situated in Cala Alta Mijas Golf just a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, tennis courts and a local supermarket.
The property has a large hall at the entrance which leads in to a spacious lounge dining area which is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, two large sofas and a television. The lounge opens on to a covered terrace which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and overlooks the communal tennis court and pool area.
Along the hallway on the other side of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with a terrace which has views of the local area and at the end of the hall are three large bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together, two bedside cabinets with lamps and an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms both have twin beds and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment has air conditioning hot and cold and is located in a very well looked after community with lovely mature gardens.
