La Mairena is approximately 7km from the beach, beach bars, restaurants and shops of Elviria. The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout, as well as free WiFi.
Accessed via steps through the trees, the apartment enjoys a lovely terrace with stunning views over the complex, the green valley and out to the sea. The open-plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, additional chairs and a wall-mounted TV, along with a wood burner for the cooler months. The dining area provides seating for six guests. From the lounge, doors lead onto the main terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and there is also a smaller terrace accessed from the dining area, featuring a gas BBQ.
The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, direct access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. Guest bedroom two offers twin beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and fitted wardrobes.
