This beautiful 4 bedroom villa called Finca Tropical is situated in the heart of the countryside in Coin with truly spectacular views over the mountains. The villa offers a private pool which can be heated in the winter months, 2 BBQs and avocado, orange, lemon, olive and various nut trees, all within extensive gardens. The villa is accessed via a private drive. This villa offers a wonderful location for a holiday truly relaxing holiday in the Spanish countryside.
This wonderful villa is arranged over 2 floors with the ground floor consisting of a large lounge/diner with A/C unit, fireplace, TV and DVD. From the lounge you can access the 'Sun room' which is ideal for enjoying the views and relaxing. There is direct access out onto the extensive terraces. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast table area as well as 2 large fridge freezers and separate washing machine in the garage. There is a further small shower room on this level. From the terrace and via an independent door you will find one of the 4 bedrooms. This bedroom is furnished with twin beds, wardrobes and benefits from a large, en suite shower room with walk in shower.
The second floor is accessed via the lounge and has 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, A/C units and wardrobes. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to the large open terrace which boasts panoramic views over the mountains. A further full bathroom with both bath and shower are on this floor.
For larger groups, the neighbouring 2 bedroom villa (Villa Maria Ref. 1696) sleeps 4 and is ideal to rent together if more accommodation is required. The pool in this property can be heated at €200 per week.
