Enter the gate and you are immediately taken in by the panoramic views to the sea. The large dining area is furnished with solid wood dining table and chairs and leads down to the spacious lounge area. The lounge is fitted with sofas and a large TV. Views to the sea can been seen from all windows and the lounge area leads directly onto the terrace, garden and pool area.
The villa offers both covered and open terraces fitted with dining and lounging facilities to either enjoy the full sun, or relax and dine in the cool shade. The pool area includes a shower and built in BBQ. There is also an elevated lounging area fitted with sun loungers. The 4th bedroom is located under the pool lounging area and offers accommodation for 4 people and has its own large en suite shower room.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the utility area fitted with washing machine and offers spacious storage. Access to the terraces is also gain through the utility room. Although off the beaten track, it offers easy access to the coastal and toll roads, taking you to the many villages and towns dotted along the route. The Mijas road also benefits from a regular bus service from Mijas Pueblo into Fuengirola town.
